Do you have delivery charge?
Yes. Some suppliers charge delivery based on total order and distance. Please view individual supplier's page for this information.
How do I track my order?
We will send you a reminder a day before the event. On the event day, you will receive delivery person information, expected delivery time and other necessary information.
Can I change my orders?
Yes. You can change your orders 5 days before the event. Any changes within 5 days before the event will not be guaranteed but we will always try our best to fulfill your wishes.Please call us at 018 2967300 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I cancel my orders?
Yes. You can cancel your orders 5 days before the event without paying any cancellation fee. Your 50% deposit will not be returned for any cancellation within 5 days before the event.
How many days in advance should I place my order?
You can place orders days or months in advance. Upon confirmation, you need to pay 50% deposit of the total order. The balance you will need to settle on the day of the event.

Can I change my information?
Yes. Just sign in, click Your Account and change your settings or your address.
Can I view my past orders?
Yes. After signing in, you can click Your Account tab, then click Orders.
