My Orders

Is my order guaranteed?
Yes. We take your order seriously and will do our very best to fulfill your wishes.
How do I track my order? 
We will send you a reminder a day before the event. On the event day, you will receive delivery person information, expected delivery time and other necessary information.
 
Can I change my orders? 
Yes. You can change your orders 5 days before the event. Any changes within 5 days before the event will not be guaranteed but we will always try our best to fulfill your wishes. Please call us at 013 3600551 or email us at info@gotucatered.com.
 
Can I cancel my orders? 
Yes. You can cancel your orders 5 days before the event without paying any cancellation fee. Your 50% deposit will not be returned for any cancellation within 5 days before the event. 
 
How many days in advance should I place my order? 
You can place orders days or months in advance. Upon confirmation, you need to pay 50% deposit of the total order. The balance you will need to settle on the day of the event.
 
What about special needs? 
Let us know your needs under "Order Comments" in your cart upon checkout.
